Why It’s Fixed-Price
I don’t quote per project for the Web Starter Package because there’s nothing to quote.
The scope is fixed, so the price is fixed. You know exactly what you’re paying and exactly what you’re getting before you commit to anything.
If your business needs more than the core package, extra pages, advanced functionality, and ongoing SEO are all available.
The starting point is always the same: £500, no surprises.
How Payment Works
A 50% deposit gets the project started, with the balance due within seven days of completion. Payment is by bank transfer.
Your site is delivered in 7 to 10 working days from the point I receive your completed intake form.
What Happens After the First Year
The £500 covers building your site plus your domain, hosting, and email for twelve months. Those renew annually, so there’s a cost to keep the site live after the first year.
From year two, hosting and your email address are £65 per year. Additional mailboxes are £15 each per year. Your domain renews at whatever the registrar charges that year, passed on at cost with no markup.
Maintenance and content update packages are available if you want them, but they’re optional rather than assumed.
Your domain is registered and managed by me during the contract. If you move elsewhere, there’s a one-off £75 transfer fee.
