Free QR Code Generator
This free QR code generator makes static QR codes for web links, emails, phone calls, text messages, Wi-Fi and contact cards. Download them as a PNG or SVG for flyers, menus, van signs and social posts. Static codes never expire, you don’t need an account, and nothing you type is stored.

It stays on your device: it isn’t sent anywhere.
Customise your QR code
Your QR code will appear here.
Where does your QR code send people? A Facebook page can ask visitors to log in before they see much. Your own website opens straight away on any phone.

QR Codes That Don’t Expire
Many free QR code sites make dynamic codes. Every scan goes through their servers first, and some codes stop working when a free trial ends, often after they’ve been printed on hundreds of flyers.
The codes from this tool are static. Your link, number or Wi-Fi details sit inside the code itself, so it keeps working for as long as those details stay the same.
Want to Change Where It Goes Later?
Point your QR code at a page on your own website rather than straight at an offer or a social profile. You can then change that page whenever you like without reprinting anything.
Which Type of QR Code Should I Use?
| Type | Good for |
|---|---|
| Link | Your website, a booking page, a menu or a review page |
| Enquiries from posters and printed price lists | |
| Phone call | Van signs and flyers where people want to ring straight away |
| Text message | Quick enquiries, with a message already typed in |
| Wi-Fi | Guests in a café, salon, waiting room or holiday let |
| Contact card | Business cards, so people can save your details in one scan |
Send People Somewhere Worth Landing
A QR code on a flyer or van is only as good as the page it opens. If it lands on a slow website or a profile with no clear next step, people tend to give up.
I build fast, mobile-friendly websites that show people what you do and make it easy to get in touch, then help you get found on Google. Fixed price for the agreed scope, and you deal with me directly.
Created something even better than we imagined.

QR Code Questions
Should I Download a PNG or an SVG?
PNG is fine for social posts, emails and anything on screen. SVG is better for print, because it stays sharp at any size, from a business card to the side of a van.
What Size Should I Print My QR Code?
At least 2cm across for something held in the hand. Go bigger for posters and vans, and always test it before a print run.
Is My Wi-Fi Password Stored Anywhere?
No. The QR code is created in your browser and nothing you type is stored.
